8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons butter
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
directions
Beat eggs in a medium sized bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper; stir in avocado.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture; cook and stir gently until the eggs are completely set.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.

My boyfriend made this for breakfast for me this morning. I thought ew avocados in egg? But it's amazing! The avocados taste kind of buttery when they are cooked. I had no idea. This is my new favorite breakfast now.
