Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

6 ounces brewed espresso
1/4 cup Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
4 tablespoons coconut cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
2/3 cup heavy cream, whipped
caramel sauce
In a small sauce pan combine espresso, liqueur, coconut cream and 1/2 cup (unwhipped) heavy cream. Heat until very hot (do not boil). Take 1/4 c of the whipped cream and whisk it into the pan. This will create a foam that will rise to the top of the glass when poured.
Pour into a glass mug like an Irish Coffee mug and top with whipped cream and drizzle caramel sauce on top of cream.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
