Ingredients:
1 package (3 oz. size) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon orange or pineapple juice
3 large apples, cubed
1 can (8 oz. size) pineapple tidbits, drained
2 tablespoons chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
2 tablespoons raisins
leaf lettuce

Directions:

Combine cream cheese, sugar and juice in a small bowl; stir well. Set aside.

Combine rest, except lettuce in a medium bowl.

Add cream cheese mixture to apple mixture; toss gently.

Cover and chill. Toss again before serving.

Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
