Impossible Salmon Asparagus Pie

ingredients
2 cups asparagus, cut up
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 can (7 ounce size) red sockeye salmon, drained and broken into chunks
3/4 cup biscuit baking mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Combine asparagus, red pepper, onions and 1 cup of the Cheddar; spread in well greased 10 inch pie plate. Top with drained, picked over and chunked salmon.
Whisk together remaining ingredients, except for reserved 1/2 cup Cheddar; pour over asparagus/salmon mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle reserved Cheddar cheese over top; for another 5-10 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
