Ingredients:
1 box fudge brownie with chocolate chunks mix
1/2 cup creme de menthe
1/4 cup half and half
4 cups powdered sugar
mint chocolate after dinner mints, crushed (to taste)
chocolate sauce, for drizzling
whipped cream

Directions:

Follow the directions on one box of fudge brownie mix with chocolate chunks, substituting the veg oil for applesauce. Bake as usual and fully cool.

In separate bowl combine creme de menthe, half and half and powdered sugar. Mix until well blended. Pour over the top of the completely cooled brownies. Sprinkle with crushed mint chocolate after dinner mints. Serve chilled on a plate drizzled with chocolate and a dollop of whipped cream.
