3/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup ground black pepper
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 6 months.

Used this rub on beef brisket (five pounds). Coated thoroughly, rubbed into meat, refrigerated overnight. Seared brisket in two tablespoons of olive oil, placed in slow cooker with one can of beef broth, cooked about six hours. absolutely delicious! Recommend this one *****
