Serves/Makes:   2.5 cups

  

Ingredients:
2 small cans crushed pineapple
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

Directions:

In a large zip-lock bag, combine all ingredients. Zip bag and shake to mix. Add beef, chicken or pork. Close bag and massage marinade into meat. Place in refrigerator until ready to use.*

Barbecue bake or broil your meat as desired.

* Marinating times: Shrimp or scallops (1/2 hour), chicken (6 hours), beef and pork (24 hours).
