1 green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons sugar
2 cups oil
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon celery, chopped
directions
Put all ingredients except oil into a blender and mix.
Add oil slowly, continuing to mix. Chill.
This dressing is delicious on any green salad.
