Brighten up salads with this easy Thai salad dressing that combines fresh lime, sesame oil, and cilantro. Just mix, wait, and enjoy its herb-infused taste.

4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 clove garlic, finely sliced
1 handful fresh cilantro and basil chopped
Combine all ingredients and let it sit for at least one hour before serving. It may be strained before serving on a salad with additional fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, basil).

Just made this and served on a cucumber salad. It was good but had a little too much lime for my liking. I'd use less next time.
I loved the dressing especially the ginger flour

I actually used this on a marinate for chicken and served over rice with pea pods and it was excellent. Let marinate at least 3 hours in the fridge!
