2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

In a jar with tight fitting lid, combine all the ingredients; cover and shake well. Refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours. Shake again before serving.
