Classic Green Goddess Dressing

A very traditional version of the classic Green Goddess salad dressing made with parsley, green onions, garlic, anchovies, tarragon, mayo, vinegar, and sour cream.
under 30 minutes
ingredients
1/2 cup parsley, stems removed
5 green onions trimmed but leaving some of the greem stems on
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
6 anchovy fillets, drained
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
2 cups good quality mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, process until smooth.
Refrigerate and let the flavors blend before serving.
