Basic Vinaigrette II Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar
14 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons miso
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl or 1-cup jar shake or whisk vinegar, oil, miso, salt, and pepper.
Use immediately or store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
