This creamy and tangy bleu cheese dressing has a wonderful flavor that pairs perfectly with salads, sandwiches, and other dishes.

6 ounces chunk bleu cheese

This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.
Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

I have not made this yet. I have a similar recipe for bleu cheese dressig, but it turns out too thick. What would be the best way to thin it a bit? Thanks
You can add more sour cream or mayo, or even milk to thin it.

Just tried this and WOW! It's awesome. The worchestershire and mustard really makes it. I grated 1 large clove garlic on a microplane instead of garlic salt for more garlic flavor. Thanks

This was a very easy yet impressive dressing--very fresh tasting as compared to some bottled bleu cheese dressings. I served it on buffalo chicken sandwiches. I used chopped green onion in place of the grated white onion, and it gave it a nice zing. It makes a very thick dressing, which could be thinned with a little milk if you were serving it on a salad.
