Spicy Honey Peanut Sauce

1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
directions
Combine honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, cilantro and hot pepper flakes, mix well.
Serve with poultry, pork, noodles or vegetables.

I cut the recipe in half and used it drizzled over a thai-style chicken salad. It was a little sweet for that use so I added a little more soy sauce. I think this would really be good on pork too.
