
Cajun-Style Tilapia With Peach-Mango Salsa

1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 mango, peeled, cored and diced
2 peaches, pitted and diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 pound tilapia fillets
Cajun seasoning
To make salsa, combine lime juice, honey, mango, peaches, cilantro and salt. Stir gently to combine. Set aside.
Sprinkle tilapia fillets evenly with Cajun seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Serve with peach-mango salsa.
