In-A-Jam Spread With Gingersnaps

Ingredients:
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup apricot preserves
gingersnaps

Directions:
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar. Spread evenly over surface of a large serving plate and top with preserves.

Serve with gingersnaps.
