Directions: Tear French bread into small pieces. Place into a large baking pan.
Combine evaporated milk, homogenized milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat with a wire whisk.
Pour over French bread, sprinkle raisins over mixture. Melt butter. Pour over top.
Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 45 minutes or until pudding is set and lightly browned on top.
NOTE: Apples, coconut or pineapple may also be added.
