
Chicken BBQ With Vegetables

2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
12 baby potatoes
30 baby carrots
1 cup barbecue sauce
Place chicken on bottom of slow cooker. Top with potatoes, then carrots. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables.
Cook on HIGH 3-1/2 to 4 hours; or on LOW 6 to 6-1/2 hours.
