1 cup real mayonnaise
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to distribute the spices. Place in a covered container and refrigerate for a minimum of 24 hours before using.
Leftovers can be stored for up to 1 week.
