
Apple Chunk Bread

2/3 cup warm milk
3/4 cup apple, peeled and chopped
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Add the ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer. Add the chopped apple with the milk or at the "beep" for add-ins if your machine has that feature.
Set the machine for light crust.
When baked, remove from the machine and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes then remove to a cooling rack to cool completely before slicing.
Store tightly wrapped in plastic for 3-4 days.
