Ingredients: 8 slices bacon, cut in half 16 cubes seedless watermelon, about 1 1/2 inches square 6 ounces crab meat (lump) salt, to taste
Directions: Using a small spoon or melon baller, carve out a small indentation in each watermelon cube.
Place a bit of crab in each indentation and salt lightly. Wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place under broiler and cook until bacon is crisp.
