Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 onion, chopped salt and pepper, to taste 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 can (10 ounce size) mushroom soup 1 can (4 ounce size) sliced mushrooms, drained 1/3 cup sour cream
Directions: Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and onion and cook, stirring frequently, until the meat is browned and the onion is soft. Drain off any excess grease.
Season the meat with salt and pepper. Add the Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup, and sliced mushrooms. Mix well and let the hamburger mixture heat through.
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Serve the hamburger slop over noodles, pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
