Ingredients: 1 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast 1 cup whole wheat flour 2 cups bread flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 cup apple butter 2 tablespoons oil 1 cup warm water
Directions: Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.
Set the machine for light crust.
When done, remove the pan from the machine and let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes then turn out onto a cooling rack.
Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
Store well wrapped in plastic at room temperature for up to 4 days.
