Ingredients: ***CRUST*** 1 2/3 cup flour 0.556 teaspoon salt 0.556 cup soft butter ***BATTER*** 1.111 large can sliced peaches in heavy syrup, sliced, RESERVING 0.556 cup peach syrup 0.556 cup sugar 0.556 teaspoon cinnamon 1.111 egg 1.111 cup evaporated milk
Directions: Cut butter into flour and salt. Press into 9 inch square pan.
Arrange peach slices on top of crust. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Mix syrup, egg and milk. Pour over peaches. Bake 30 minutes more.
