
Rosemary-Thyme Marinade

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Combine all the ingredients until well mixed. Use to marinate chicken, seafood, or fish. Discard marinade before cooking.
