Ingredients: 1/2 cup canola, peanut or sesame oil 6 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion 1 1/2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted 1/4 cup sugar, honey or Agave 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, but good!) 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Directions: In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients and shake well. Store in the refrigerator.
