Ingredients: 6 cups cold water 5 regular size tea bags OR 2 family-size tea bags 6 sprigs fresh mint 1 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup lemon juice 2 1/2 cups pineapple juice 1 quart ginger ale
Directions: Bring the first three ingredients (water, tea bags, and mint) to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and mint.
While warm add the sugar, lemon juice, and pineapple juice and stir. Chill well.
Just before serving, add the ginger ale.
Serve over ice.
