Corn Pudding, Iowa-Style

Ingredients:
1 quart corn, frozen, canned, or fresh
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Grease an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking dish.

Combine the corn, milk, sugar, eggs, and eggs and mix well. Transfer to the greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the corn pudding in the oven and bake at 300 degrees F for 1 hour or until bubbly.

Serve the corn pudding hot.
