Ingredients: 1 baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust (9-inch size) 1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened 1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) 1/3 cup lemon juice from concentrate 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 quart fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled 1 package (16-ounce size) prepared strawberry glaze, chilled
Directions: In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into prepared pastry shell. Chill 3 hours or until set.
Top with strawberries and desired amount of glaze. Refrigerate leftovers.
