
Balsamic Marinated Mushrooms

1 pound small button mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed
1 cup fat free balsamic vinaigrette
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Place the mushrooms in a bowl or ziptop plastic bag. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover the bowl (or seal the bag) and place in the refrigerator for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
Drain the mushrooms and serve chilled.
