Ingredients: 1/4 cup sake wine 1 cup mirin wine 1 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/3 cup water
Directions: Combine sake and mirin wines in a medium pan and bring to a boil. Add soy sauce and sugar. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to boiling mixture. Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
Serve hot over baked, broiled or roasted chicken.
