Directions: Rub oil over flesh side of fish and sprinkle evenly with seasoning.
Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with Cucumber Sour Cream Sauce, if desired.
For Cucumber Sour Cream Sauce: Mix all ingredients in small bowl and cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons sauce over each salmon fillet. Refrigerate any leftover sauce.
Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
