Ingredients: ***Cheese Filling*** 1/2 cup ricotta cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup shredded fontina cheese 1 tablespoon minced dried onions 1 1/2 tablespoon milk 1/4 teaspoon salt *** 2 (6 ounce size) ready-to-serve thick pizza crusts ***Toppings*** 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1/3 cup sliced black olives 1/3 cup diced tomatoes or sliced cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil
Directions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine the ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, fontina, onions, milk, and salt. Mix well then spread evenly on each crust.
Sprinkle the green onions, sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, oregano, and basil over the tops of the pizzas.
Place the pizzas in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted in the middle.
Remove from the oven, cut into wedges, and serve the pizza bianco immediately.
