Directions: Place onions and garlic into crock pot. Mix lamb, turkey, oregano and salt together; place on top of onions. Pour lemon juice over the top. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours.
Serve meat thinly sliced and wrapped in a warmed pita with lettuce, chopped tomato, olives, feta cheese, and Tzatziki sauce.
For Tzatziki Sauce: Combine yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
In a food processor, blend cucumbers, garlic, and mint. Slowly add yogurt mixture and salt and blend just until mixed. Return to refrigerator until ready to use.
