Ingredients: 4 ounces spaghetti, broken up 3 slices bacon, chopped 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 3 tablespoons flour 1 can (16 ounce size) chopped tomatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 1 cup American cheese, shredded 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed 1 1/2 cup peas 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions: Heat the oven to 350. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
In a large saucepan, cook bacon, onion and garlic until the bacon is crisp. Blend in the flour. Add the undrained tomatoes, soup and milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Add shredded cheese, stir until melted. Stir in cooked spaghetti, cubed chicken, and peas. Turn into a 2-1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with the Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
