
Aloha Dip

1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 can (medium size) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup finely shredded sweetened coconut
1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
assorted crackers
Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Stir in the remaining ingredients by hand until mixed.
Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and place in the refrigerator, covered, for about an hour.
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
