Pan-Seared Top Sirloin Steaks
Serves/Makes: 4    |   Ready In: < 30 minutes

4 top sirloin steaks (5 ounce size)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

Season the steaks with salt, pepper and cajun seasoning, then drizzle with olive oil.

Place a saute pan large enough to accommodate all the steaks over medium-high heat.

Add the steaks and lower the heat to medium. Cook until well-browned on one side, about 5 to 6 minutes.

Turn the steaks over and cook 3 to 4 minutes more, or to desired doneness.
