Carnival Strawberry Orange Jello Salad

Ingredients:
1 package (3 ounce size) strawberry gelatin powder
1 package (8 ounce size) cottage cheese, small curd
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen strawberries, sliced, thawed
1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can (11 ounce size) mandarin orange segments, drained

Directions:
In a medium bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cottage cheese. Stir in strawberries with syrup. Gently stir in marshmallows, whipped topping and orange segments until blended.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to blend flavors.
