Directions: Place ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and combine until well blended. Pour into freezer bowl, turn the machine on and let mix until mixture thickens, about 15-20 minutes.
Serve immediately, or if desired, transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
Cook's Notes: this stays soft in freezer. You can use sugar-free pudding mix. You can use lower fat milk too but it won't be as creamy.
