Ingredients: 1 can (8.5 ounce size) beets, well drained 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 tablespoon milk 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions: Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
This can be served as a dip or spread on rye crackers.
