Ingredients: 3 cans sliced beets 1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 cup vinegar 24 whole cloves 3 tablespoons ketchup 3 tablespoons oil 1 dash salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cup beet juice
Directions: Combine in large shallow pan except beets. Mix well and then add juice and beets. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
