Directions: Combine the milk, potatoes, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and sugar in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Add the corn and hot sauce. Increase the heat to a strong simmer and stir in the shrimp and green onions. Cook for 2 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.
Serve hot. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
