Oven Baked Flounder

Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh flounder fillets
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 pound butter
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash salt (optional)
1 dash oregano
1 dash paprika
Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Place the flounder fillets in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

Combine the lemon juice, butter, garlic powder, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until the butter is melted.

Evenly drizzle the butter mixture over the fish.

Sprinkle the fish with the oregano, paprika, and bread crumbs.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the fish at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
