Ingredients: 2 tablespoons mirin (sweet rice wine) 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 1 cup dashi (japanese soup stock) 1/4 cup katsuobushi (dried bonita shavings)
Directions: Combine ingredients, bring to a boil. Strain through fine sieve. Cool to room temperature.
