Ingredients: 1 cup finely chopped fresh cranberries 1 cup chopped peeled mango or papaya 1/4 cup minced red onion 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro 1 1/2 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon seeded and minced jalapeno pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. Remove from the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before serving and stir well.
