Cream Of Mushroom Beer Cheddar Soup

Ingredients:
2 cans (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beer
1 pound freshly grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Combine the cream of mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix well.

While stirring, slowly add the beer, mixing until incorporated.

Add the cheddar cheese and stir continuously until the cheese has melted and the soup is smooth and heated through.

Serve the mushroom-beer-cheddar soup hot.
