Ingredients: 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup low-fat milk 2 tablespoons honey 5 ice cubes
Directions: Combine the blueberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and ice cubes in a blender. Process until smooth.
Add additional honey to taste if desired. Serve immediately.
