Chicken And Rice Soup

Ingredients:
1 pound skinless boneless chicken, cut into cubes
5 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 can (15 ounce size) mixed vegetables, drained
1 cup raw long-grain rice
5 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot and mix well.

Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 3 hours (or on low heat for 4-5 hours) or until the rice is tender and the chicken is cooked.

Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
