Ingredients: 1/4 cup sliced celery 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish 1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/4 cup canned crushed pineapple 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts 1 teaspoon soy sauce 2 cups cubed cooked turkey 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and coarsely chopped
Directions: Combine the celery, mayonnaise, salt, white pepper, walnuts, pickle relish, onion flakes, mustard, pineapple, water chestnuts, and soy sauce in a food processor. Process until the nuts are finely chopped.
Add the turkey and hard-boiled egg to the food processor. Process until the turkey spread is the desired consistency. Add additional mayonnaise if the spread is too dry.
Serve the turkey spread immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Serve the spread on bread or crackers.
