Ingredients: 1 ready unbaked pie crust 1 teaspoon flour ***FILLING*** 1 package (21 ounce size) fudge brownie mix 1 package (6 ounce size) semisweet chocolate chips (reserve a small handful to decorate top) 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup oil 1 teaspoon coffee-flavored liqueur 1 egg ***TOPPING*** 1 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 tablespoon powdered sugar 1 tablespoon chocolate flavored syrup 1 teaspoon coffee-flavored liqueur chocolate chips (reserved)
Directions: Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Prepare pie crust as per package directions using 10 or 9 inch springform pan. Crust should be pressed lightly into bottom and up sides of pan. Generously prick crust with fork.
In a large bowl, mix all filling ingredients. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Pour into crust-lined pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set and edges of crust are golden brown. Cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, chocolate- flavored syrup and 1 tsp. liqueur until stiff peaks form. Spoon topping over filling. Garnish with chocolate chips.
Store in refrigerator.
